Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Mountain Edge Tattoo Removal, we value your time—and ours. To help us serve all clients effectively, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend a scheduled appointment, we reserve the right—at our sole discretion—to apply a $50 no-show or late cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges.

Refund Policy

All service and package sales at Colorado Tattoo Removal LLC dba Mountain Edge Tattoo Removal ("Mountain Edge") are considered final and non-refundable, with the following exception:

If our medical director determines, at their sole discretion, that you are no longer a medically appropriate candidate for treatment due to a qualifying health condition, you may be eligible for a partial refund. In such cases:

The refund will be calculated based on the number of unused sessions remaining in your package, valued at the discounted per-session rate,

A $100 administrative fee will be deducted, and

The refund will be processed within 45 days, using the original method of payment when possible.

Outside of this medical exemption and any applicable state regulations, no other refunds will be granted for services or prepaid packages.
